It’s not our birthday unless we release some tasty brews! Brewer Barb has fan-vote winner Big OJ in the tank. Plus, we have lots of 10th birthday beer surprises in store, including:
Raspberry Margarita Mexican Spring Grande, a tequila barrel-aged blended with fresh raspberry, oranges, limes and smoked chilis.
Greenbelt Trail Magic IPA, a new hazy brewed with experimental hop HS17704 with black currant, passion fruit, papaya, and citron aromas.
beer mimosas, combine any 515 beer with bubbly (toasting 10 years ‘til the bubbly runs dry)
a Basil Protocol 2.0 beer cocktail with ginger simple syrup and Revelton mulberry gin.
Food
And what is a birthday without delicious food?! Two ‘Ol Chefs food truck is cooking a tasty breakfast/brunch starting at 10 a.m., Always Baked Sweets & Treats beer-infused cupcakes will give us a sugar rush at 2 p.m., and Pie Mates Australian meat pies will be in-house from 4 – 8 p.m.
Fun
Join us from Noon – 3 p.m. and have exclusive 515 10th birthday shirts printed on-site by Side Garage. Choose from two custom designs and nine shirt colors. (These shirt designs will only be available from Noon-3 p.m. Not available in the regular 515 Brewing store.)
There will be 10th birthday pins given to the first 40 customers, the debut of new merchandise including a special 10th-birthday glass boot, and prize drawings throughout the evening to help celebrate.
